1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer ?
We are a manufacturer & exporter in Vietnam. We have been producing and exporting in worldwide market for more than 12 years.
2. Are the prices negotiable?
The prices in our list are based on the minimum purchase volume of 1x40ft. The prices are negotiable based on your purchases volume and contract length.
3. What kind of payment does your company accept?
The payment process at VL Imex is:
- Deposit 40% by T/T
- The balance will be paid by T/T after having scanned documents
- After receiving the full payment, VL Imex will do the Telex release immediately.
4. Can I visit your factory in Vietnam?
Of course. Please let us know the date and time of your visiting plan and we will pick up you at your expected destination.
5. What products does your company focus on selling?
We are focusing on these items such as all kinds of charcoal, plywood, incense stick, cinnamon, star anise, wood pellets and coconut fiber.
6. Can you accept customized packaging?
Yes. Please send us your detailed packaging design and we can pack product with your logo in carton box or PP bags.
7. How to ensure the quality of my order before loaded onto the container?
Our sales team will always take care of your goods production and update you:
- Designed bag/box
- Finished charcoal bag/box (inside and outside)
- Stacked goods in warehouse
- Loading photos
Or you can directly supervise packing process and inspect the quality control in our warehouse before loading container.
8. Can I request some samples from VL Imex?
